I like to believe that real mermaids would resemble certain fish so I based this design off of the Banggai Cardinal fish! It fades from blue gray to white at the top with blue highlights, black and white stripes, and white spots along with a white spotted black dorsal fin. I have had a passion for mermaids my whole life and recently saved enough money in a jar to afford a cheap tail that hurt your swimming unlike a real monofin does.
